STAR Chapter 447 has chosen the MS Special Olympics as the organization that we will support through charitable contributions, fund raisers and time. We held a coffe sales and raffle for a shotgun during 2010. We were able to raise $2500 to donate to them on February 15, 2011.

In 2009-2010 STAR 447 members held a raffle for a shotgun and were able to raise over 1400 dollars for the them.

Chapter members escorted the torch to Keesler Air Force base from Gulfport MS with the Madison Police department running the whole way last year and are looking forward to doing so again this year.
